Across both the Wii and DS this week, we're only getting a total of 3 new games! Now, don't fret.. one of those games is Wii Sports: Resort and from what we're hearing, it's faring quite well in stores.
We know we reported it in last week's post too, but we can never quite figure out where to stick it with Nintendo's odd Sunday release schedules.
Uh oh. This is the second week in a row without any Virtual Console games at all. There are still so many great games that could come for that service, and we're afraid Nintendo is abandoning it. Time will tell.. for now lets just hope they are gearing up for a HUGE release.. maybe the rumored Turtles in Time.
On the other hand, the first episode of the Monkey Island remake hits the VC today.. so we've got something to be thankful for at least.

There's only one thing we can think of that's worse than a game based on a (crappy) movie license, and that's TWO nearly identical ones based on that (crappy) movie license.
We could have done without T:ROTF as a movie to begin with, but to subject us to not one, but two separate games on one platform is just ludicrous.
Yeah, yeah, every now and then these licensed games turn out OK, but more often than not they are pure disaster.
